With this service we work in a 1-1 environment. picking between 4 options, 0/4/8/12 sessions a month depending on the goal. each service provide with a weekly workout plan, a calorie breakdown for you goals, weekly check ins, and a nutritional & macro breakdown, and unlimited contact to your coach, and a video area coming soon of different exercise and how to do them correctly

Who is Robbospt
Who am I? Well, I'm Paul, the owner and founder of RobbosPT.
Why? As a dad myself, I've been through a lot. Am I a perfect dad? Far from it. But I always strive to be! I used to be a chef, working long hours and even longer days. Sometimes, training took a back seat, and I would be burnt out for family time. That's when I started thinking, is there a coach out there who could help me? And even better, are there more like me that I could help?
So, I got myself fully qualified, and boom, RobbosPT was born. Now, I dedicate my time to helping mainly dads of young children. I want to help them get stronger, so they can always pick up their kids. I want to make them more mobile, so they can give their kids the run around, not the other way around. And I want to give them a better understanding of nutrition, so they know what to put in their bodies to keep them in tip-top condition and ready for any daddy day out!
